Diamond Drilling

Diamond Core drilling is used when precise circular holes are required through brickwork or reinforced and unreinforced concrete structures.
Core hole diameters range from 6mm to 600mm and are required usually for plumbing, electrical or mechanical penetrations to carry pipework, cables or ducting through concrete or brickwork walls, floors or structures.
Diamond Core drilling can be achieved through any thickness and depth maintain the diameter of core required.
All Diamond Core drilling can be carried out dust free and with minimum noise levels.
Diamond Drilling can be carried out using either electric or hydraulic powerfor drilling in sensitive locations and confined spaces.

Track Mounted Wall Sawing

Track sawing is used to cut concrete and/or brickwork walls, floors and ceilings to form door or window openings. This method can also be used in tight restricted areas as all equipment is hand portable. The remote controlled Track sawing equipment is powered by 3 phase electric and therefore has no risk of fumes or Hand Arm Vibration.

During the demolition process track sawing is used to create a divorce cut for remaining structures.

The track is fixed to the structure using bolt and shell fixings and the saw simply travels along the track fully remote controlled.

The track is fixed to the structure in the precise location where the cut is required.

Track saw cutting is a very safe system of working

Capabilities

Wall Chasing

Chasing is a method of cutting neat channels in concrete or masonry structures. The chase is formed using a hand held electric grinder with diamond blades.
A vacuum collects the dust before it escapes into the surrounding evironment. Two slots are cut to a precise width and depth and the concrete / masonry is removed using a hammer drill or small breaker.
The technique is quick and relatively dust free and is used to cut chases for conduits and pipework in walls, floors and ceilings. It is suitable for all types of brickwork and blockwork.

Diamond Ring Sawing

A hand held saw similar in style to a large angle grinder with the capability to cut to a depth 270mm.
This equipment is used for cutting through structures to creating openings. It's a very versitile way of cutting, ideal for confined or limited space work where openings are to be formed.
The diamond ring saw comes with several power options - 3 phase hydro electric or petrol driven hydraulic power pack.

Diamond Wire Sawing

Wire Sawing involves pre drilling wire holes through the structure and wrapping the diamond wire around where the cut is required and where the depth of cut is greater than can be achieved with other methods of cutting. Using a series of pulleys the wire is pulled through the concrete or brickwork structure giving a smooth flat finish.

The Diamond Wire Sawing system can be used to cut any structure at any depth and can cut vertical, horizontal and any angle. The wire length can be easily extended for almost unlimited cutting depths. The method is quick and quiet and gives a much neater cut than that achieved by diamond stitch drilling.

It is particularly well suited to the removal of large sections of reinforced concrete and creating divorce cuts.

Capabilities
Customised to suit almost any requirement.

Concrete Bursting & Crunching

Concrete cruncing employs a powerful pincer jaw to crush a concrete structure. The structure can be reduced to rubble in a noise free environment without dust, vibration, water and emissions.

Concrete bursting is a quiet and efficient method of controlled demolition used to remove large concrete structures such as foundations, pillars, bearers and concrete walls.

Holes are diamond drilled in the concrete structure and the burster head, which contains a number of hydraulic fed pistons , is inserted. Hydraulic pressure is provided by a power pack powered by electricity , diesel or petrol. The build up of lateral forces against the inside of the core holes induces cracks in the concrete. The cracking follows the plane of weakness that was created by the core holes. The process is repeated until the full structure is fractured into smaller sections and ready for removal.

Robotic Demoltion

The Brokk 90 and Brokk 100 Robotic Demolition machines provide the ulitmate solution in confined spaces. The hydraulic arm is capable of rotating through a full 245 degrees and extends to nearly 4m. The arm handles a variety of tool attachments including hydraulic hammer, excavating bucket, grapple and hydraulic crunching jaws.

The Brokk 90and 100 are both incredibly versitile band will both fit through a standard single dorr opening, climb stairs and fit into a standard size lift. It is controlled via a digital wireless remote control and therefore maintaining a safe working distance between the operator and any falling debris.

Both machines have a compact chassis and undercarriage with a poerful 11KW electric motor and a three part hydraulic arm system that has a reach of a full 3.6m. This combination enables both machines to carry an extremley powerful hammer in relation to its weight. The result is a machine thats light and mobile enough for residential sites but powerful enough for more heavy duty commercial and industrial work.

To compliment the above Brokk 90 and 100 models NML Diamond Drilling have also invested in a Brokk 160 Demolition machine.

The Brokk 160 is a giant leap forward when it comes to small size and impressive strength. This lightweight, remote controlled demolition machine and its power packed electric motor, hits frighteningly hard with over 406 Joules at the tip. The Brokk 160's state of the art digital remote control takes the danger out of the demolition by allowing control of the unit from a safe distance with incredible accuracy.

Key Features:
Weight: 1600kg -1900kg with counterweight
Motor output: 18.5KW
Slewing Speed: 10 sec/360 degs
Max Transport speed: 2.1km - 0.6m/s - 1.3mph

An incredibly strong and powerful machine which gives extremely high levels of output and production..
